CHRISTAL CREATES THE DOCUMENTS

The student-athlete and his/her family are responsible for providing the following information in order for the documents to be designed:

• All information to create an impressive bio (online form will be provided)

• Information to be used for Fast Facts (Greg will assist!)

• Team basketball schedule

• Team or school website (showing team logo, team colors)

• Tournament schedules

• 5-10 excellent photos of the student-athlete on the court (awesome action shots!)

• Highlight video(s)

  • Video(s) in length from 3-5-minutes

  • Any video with music must have appropriate lyrics

• You provide a list of colleges you are interested in.  A Google spreadsheet will be given to you for YOU to locate coaches' contact information.  Commitment and involvement on your part!!

 

GREG AS YOUR RECRUITING EXPERT

Greg will personally contact every college on your list to establish a relationship with the coaches. Greg knows recruiting!!  He will talk you through the recruiting process, answer all of your questions, and get your name and skills in front of college coaches. Greg's The Many Paths to College Basketball program also includes valuable information that you won't find anywhere else. See below for details. Greg will also give you his best evaluation of your skillset to establish a realistic recruiting expectation based on the Rating System For College Players.

 

GETTING YOUR NAME OUT THERE

On a schedule agreed upon, emails will be sent to the coaches on your list. Emails will be designed by Greg and Christal to catch the eye of the coaching staff. It is very important to keep your name and information in front of the coaches. “Our roster is full” today can turn into “We are interested!” tomorrow. All information will be approved by the student-athlete and/or the parents before emails are sent to the colleges from your Schools of Interest list. We will work together to make sure everything is right; we are very thorough!

 

WHAT’S NEXT?

Let’s see where this takes you!! Every college basketball team has different needs, and those needs can change on a daily basis. The best way to keep yourself motivated is to continue to work hard! When you’re not in the gym, someone else is. When you have shot 100 free throws, someone else has shot 101. When you think you’re finished working out, work out for one more minute – just 60 more seconds.
